EU May 8, 2009 issued a notification No. G/TBT/N/EEC/273 entitled: the implementation of the European Commission of the European Parliament and the Council on the refrigeration equipment home eco-design requirements of the Directive 2005/32/EC of the draft regulations, involved in domestic refrigeration equipment.
The European Commission draft regulations on the domestic refrigeration equipment provides a minimum energy performance requirements, restrictions on energy consumption because of the potential costs and benefits. According to Directive 2005/32/EC, do not meet the minimum requirements of the product will not be allowed to put the EU market. G/TBT/N/EEC/274 The European Union also issued a bulletin entitled: Committee on the draft directive, the implementation of energy-efficiency labeling of household refrigeration appliances of the Council Directive 92/75/EC.
